The Amendment Regarding the Extension of KDIK Registration Periods is published in the Official Gazette dated 23 December 2023 and numbered 32408.

With this revision;

Registration of the substances described below must be completed by 31/12/2026.

• Substances manufactured or imported on their own or in mixtures in quantities of ≥1000 tons/year
• Substances manufactured or imported in quantities of ≥100 tons/year, on their own or in mixtures or in articles, and are in the Aquatic Acute 1 and/or Aquatic Chronic 1 (H400, H410) hazard category,
• Substances that are manufactured or imported in quantities of ≥1 ton/year, on their own or in mixtures, and are Carcinogenic category 1, Germ Cell Mutagenicity category 1 and Reproductive System Toxic category 1

Registration of the substances described below must be completed by 31/12/2028.

• Substances manufactured or imported on their own or in mixtures in quantities of ≥100 tons/year

Registration of the substances described below must be completed by 31/12/2030.

• Substances manufactured or imported on their own or in mixtures in quantities of ≥1 ton/year

Extension of Registration does not does not eliminate the pre-registration obligation.

Pre-registrations of the substances subject to Registration must be completed as soon possible.

In addition, the transition period for SDSs ends at the end of 2023.

Safety Data Sheets prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Safety Data Sheets for Harmful Substances and Mixtures O.G.13/12/2014-29204 will be deemed invalid.

Safety Data Sheets must be prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals O.G.23/06/2017-30105.
